Project Type: Commercial Exterior Painting | Location: White City, OR
A Big Job with an Even Bigger Heart ❤️
When the team at Kingdom Paint got the call to refresh the exterior of the White City VA Rehabilitation Center, we knew this project was more than just a job—it was about honoring a place that supports our veterans.
The buildings had seen years of wear, and it was time for a transformation.
🚧 The Work: High Lifts, Deep Cleans, and a Whole Lot of Paint
We brought in high-reach lift equipment to tackle the tall and aging structures—some of which hadn’t been repainted in decades. After a deep exterior wash to strip away grime and loose paint, we got to work on applying a fresh coat using weather-resistant, long-lasting paint.
This wasn’t just a paint job—it was a full-scale refresh.
We:
- Used precision-controlled lifts to access hard-to-reach areas
- Pressure washed every surface to prep for paint
- Chose a custom neutral color palette that honors the site’s purpose
- Sealed everything with durable, weather-protective coatings
🎯 The Impact
The refreshed look completely transformed the VA grounds. Staff and visitors alike commented on how much brighter, cleaner, and more welcoming the space felt. And most importantly, it now stands strong against Oregon’s shifting seasons.
